The FlexSim WebServer just facilitates passing HTTP requests on a server to FlexSim and responding with HTML replies.
Anything that FlexSim can do can be done via the webserver. Yes, it is possible to use import excel table.
The Server Requirements are the same as FlexSim. The webserver portion doesn't have any specific requirements; it just passes data around.
FlexSim is licensed on the server. The number of client connections communicating with the webserver is not limited by FlexSim's licensing system. Only the functionality of the FlexSim application is controlled by the licensing system.
The amount of traffic depends on what you have it do. The webserver is like a website: you send it a request and it sends a response. Depending on the request, the response will be bigger or smaller.
Client machines need to run a browser that can support HTML5.
