The simplest way to achieve this was to add your processors to a Group, and then in a Process Flow, assign that group to a resource, to acquire the resources/processors, and execute the car's load/unload tasks. The default selection from a Resource acquisition is to just go in order round robin style, so that fixed your sequential needs.
