Error with "return to saved location"

I am new to FlexSim and I have exhausted my research on the Answers website. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated. I have limited my PCI's to one arriving type so I can fix that one then apply technique to all others. I have also increased the chance of patient destination to 100% so I know the patient will try to leave the exam room and go to a bathroom next. We have 4 pods and each pod has 3 exam tables. Based on the patients location, they should use a specific bathroom. However, they exit the model when they should travel to the bathroom. I am hoping you can find the error in my logic. I am using all predecessors with only next activity set for 2 clinical decision points. I am attaching my model so you can review and hopefully find my error. The PatientExit1 object has its Entrance Criteria set to Allow Any Patients. This is an option you only want to turn on in very specific cases, but in this case you definitely don't want it. Change this to the Standard Entrance Criteria and patients will stop exiting early.

FlexSim HC uses a pull system for its objects using the connections defined in the flowchart. Patients use the Patient Destination field to register where they want to go, but ultimately its the objects that pull patients into them and decide which patient they want to pull. The Standard Entrance Criteria option sorts patients according to several factors, but most importantly checks to make sure the patient wanted to go to the object. Using the Allow Any Patients option, however, will make the object pull every available patient it can from all upstream objects.

Awesome! And I appreciate your extremely fast response @Matthew Gillespie! Next time I will bash my head against the wall for a much shorter time before posting to the site, lol. I actually had 2 of my bathrooms set to "allow any patient" as well and apparently that was causing problems also. Thanks again for your help and we are looking forward to great outcomes in the future with this new tool!

Nice looking model Mr. Simpson!! Because it's such a nice looking model, I'd like to help you put some finishing touches on the model at some point to take it to the next level. For instance, I could make your staff members sit in those nice chairs you have for them... Send me a personal email if/when you're interested!

Hi Cliff, thanks for the accolades. I still think we have a long way to go but its nice to hear we are at least on the right track! I would def. be interested in learning how to clean up the model. Not sure how quickly I can apply all of the upgrades but I do need to figure out how to export at least a small piece of animation before this Wednesday at close of business. Any suggestions or links to posts on quick how-to of basic animation setup and export would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for reaching out!
