Texture missing despite embedding media

Hi, quick question. I have a multi-story building and have generated several planes as container object for each floor and included the floor plans as a texture for each one. After saving the model with "embed media" option enabled, my client cannot see the background images as it still shows the file path to my folder.

On my other laptop it works despite having a different file structure, I can see the floor plans. According to the model size the textures must me in there. Where can I see which media are embedded?

Will go there and put the background files in their local folder, but just wanted to check whether there is a better solution for future projects... Thanks, Kat

Ah ok I found it under View - Media Files and then selecting Images. Its actually in there, so will check at client side again why it is not displaying in their network environment...

One thing that always gets me is that the path to the file should be relative. If you set the texture to something like "C:\Users\Katharina\Documents\mytexture.bmp" it will not transfer correctly to other computers, even with Embed Media enabled. If you haven't, change it to something relative to your cdir().
