Hi @Aurora Moreno,

It appears that your activation request must be for more seats than are currently available:

You can try generating a new activation request. You have two seats remaining available, so your new activation request could be for 1 or 2 seats.

Please start a new, private question to post your new activation request XML. We don't like to publicly share license codes on this site, and license codes are included in the manual XML requests.
