Conveyor as Object in Process Flow

I want to use a Event-Triggered Source in my process flow. The attached object is a conveyor from the Conveyors module and I want to use a OnMessage as Event.

However, this is impossible. It is no option in the dropdown menu. My question is whether this is on purpose? Since it is possible to use the OnMessage trigger for a conveyor in the 3d environment of FlexSim.

Cheers,

Abel

I'm not sure why the OnMessage trigger for a conveyor is not yet supported in Process Flow. I'd recommend posting an "Idea" post here on answers requesting it from the developers. In the meantime, would there be a way to model your logic without using messages? Like, whatever event is sending the message, instead could that event just directly trigger the Process Flow, or create tokens in the Process Flow, or would that not work for your situation?

Yes, that is possible. I was just a question out of curiosity.

Okay. Like I said, certainly you could post an idea for it as a feature. The community can up vote it, and the developers can see it as a requested feature to implement.

If you need any help implementing a work around, go ahead and post your questions here, and we will try to help you out.
