For a procedure room, the physician typically only spends a percentage of time in the room whereas nurses and other staff may attend the entire procedure. What is the most elegant way to model the physician staff requirement as percentage of processs time? Do I have to split it into multiple objects?
No need to split into multiple objects, but you will need to split the process into multiple activities that all begin in parallel (typically by all having the same predecessor requirement).
