Problem conveyor with mutiple process

test.fsmActually I have problem to making model line conveyor in Flexisim. I want to making model line conveyor which is have 4 main cell ( 4 person do same process).

Currently, I already done make some model using 2 main cell but after two box done running in both processor, others box still at DP1.( as picture below ), suppose if "processor" finish process, another box will insert into "processor".

Besides that, I have problem to declare "acquire resource" when I choose option in Resource Reference is " Resource By Case"

I eclosed herewith my file flexsim, I'm looking forward your respond.

I think that maybe you were trying to make things too complicated? Attached is your model with the changes that I've made. Take a look at it and see if it is doing what you need it to do. If you have any problems or questions, please let us know.

Thank you for respond. It very helpful for me.

I have another question, I already made model for 4 main cell. It works after I follow your process, but the problem is when " All Processor" still in process, next box already move after through "DP1", and

I want to make that next box should be wait on DP1 even Processor1 and Processor2 not finish process yet. ( as picture below).

What I can do for next step?
