Staff Assignment Help Logic -

I have to separate triage rooms (triage1 and triage2 in one triagearea) with two separate triage nurses (RN groups). Patients flow to the triage rooms correctly. Staffing requirements and staff movement are set up based on location. If the patient goes to triage 1 the staff requirement is for the nurse in the first RN group and that staff destination is set up so that will be the responding nurse also. However, nurses do not seem to respond to patients arriving and utilization statistics are not being collected. What logic should be used to correct?

Layout:

Staff requirement set up by patient location. If I put a default staff in the stats are collected buy only for default nurse. However, this is not the logic I want since I have 2 different rooms and resource groups

Staff really doesn't need to move. Should stay in their dedicated room so I set it up like this:

Looks like you have set it up correctly, so I'm not sure why it's not working for you. You'll have to submit your model, so I can take a look at it.

You should be able to use the default "Patient's Location" option for the Staff Destination, but what you have done shouldn't hurt things.
