The robot is collecting 4 boxes, but one by one. Is it possible to collect four at one time and deliver four at one time as well?

Your model works well, the problem you have is the speed of the Robot.
Each box has 1 movement of loading and 1 movement of unloading, therefore you are asking to do 4 movements of load and 4 movements of unloading. If you want this not to be seen, you would have to accelerate the movements of the robot and reduce the loading time to 0 for some items (2, 3 & 4).
If you want all the boxes to be loaded at the same time and downloaded at the same time, you can use a Combiner and a Separator later. I think it's the best way in your model and you can hide the 3D shape of the machines if you do not want to see them.
Using the ProccessFlow can be a solution too.
