How do I set product's itemType or Name in Statistics Collector

usethis.fsmDear all

I'm sorry that I have to ask some easy question with limited English.

I want to use Statistics Collector to get each product's entry time and exit time.

I can get both now, but I can not set the product's itemType or Name(A'B'C) in Statistics Collector's

lebel of "Product" .

I have tried many way to solve the problem..but all of them do not work.

My Flexsim version is 18.0.2

I have reattached the model with changes. Since you are getting the item reference in the row value, you can simply define the column's value as shown in the image below.

Also if you want to display the item name (text value), then use the string as storage type and define the column's value as like below.

data.rowValue.name
