How can I refer or ping to Items on message tab of any object

The OnMessage trigger evaluates a telegram. If the content doesn't contain the data about an item, you can't point to an item. You must put this data into one of the three parameters in the message that you send. Then you can point to the item in the OnMessage trigger by evaluating this parameter. Please look into the manual > Reference > Coding in FlexSim > Command Reference for the commands sendmessage and then msgparam.
