How to send selected items to a special processor?

Hi all,

in my model is a 3-shift operation simulated which produces the same kind of parts in every shift. I got no time table integrated in my model because the machineries are not running in the breaks. I reduce my total running time of 3 shifts (480 min) about 135 (45 minutes break per shift) which results a simulation duration of 345 min = 20700 seconds. My model consists of a source, a queue, two processors and one sink. In every shift should two products after processing be send in to a third processor and not the sink. That third processor will simulate the "quality control". Furthermore should every four months a product be send in this quality control.

How am I able to represent this?

You need events that change an attribute like a label value at an object. You compare the label value in your send to port source code to decide which output port number the item goes. You need another event that reset the label value back. Events are messages by the options or commands sendmessage in combination with OnMessage triggers. User Events in the toolbox Model activities. Timetable events. MTBF/MTTR toolbox item. Process Flow delay activities.
