¿Cómo puedo simular un picking manual?

Buenos días,

Quiero simular un proceso de picking manual a bajo nivel para saber las distancias recorridas. Se trabaja con 400 referencias distintas, con asignación de ubicación aleatoria. Trabajan dos operarios a la vez y en el documento de picking tienen una media de 70 referencias distintas y 140 bultos de media preparados en 30 minutos.

Es un proyecto final de grado y me gustaría simular el proceso para poder analizar mejor los resultados. Alguien me puede ayudar por favor. Soy de Barcelona.

Good Morning,

I want to simulate a low level manual picking process to know the distances traveled. It works with 400 different references, with assignment of random location. Two operators work at the same time and in the picking document they have an average of 70 different references and 140 packages of average prepared in 30 minutes.

It is a final degree project and I would like to simulate the process in order to better analyze the results. Can someone help me please. I am from barcelona.

There are many companies that will build models for you if that is what you need. If you are stuck with your model, or have a specific question that you need us to answer, please upload your model and let us know what you are struggling with.

If you have not yet done so, you can go through the tutorials to start to understand how to build your own FlexSim simulations.
