A potential customer is getting this message when trying to download Flexsim.
He says he has a 120Mpbs connection but it just says Network Error.

I'm trying to install FlexSim (trial version), but i'm getting an error where the download stops (Failed - Network error) always after downloading about 126MBs (out of the 569MBs). What shall i do?

Have you tried to replicate the error? I just did a test download of the 857 MB 19.1.0 installer. It completed successfully and the installer can run.
There is no special affinity between my office and our web server (hosted in a different state), so I can only assume that there is some problem from this client's connection or location that is causing the download to fail.
I'll be interested to hear if you have any trouble with the download, since you are in the same province?
Do you have a Dropbox or other method that you could send your client the installer file directly? Mozilla recently introduced a free file sharing platform that you could try.
No problem for me to download. I put it on my OneDrive and shared the link. It worked for him.
