How do I add People Statistics Tables to the toolbox of the restaurant model?

I am working with the attached model to learn more about FlexSim. Right now, I need help in opening the People Statistics Tables in the Toolbox.

That model was built before we had People tables. I think if you just add a location or staff object (and then delete it if you want) it should add in the tables
