Distributed Experiments Using Webserver

I am trying to setup distributed experiments using these guidelines:
https://answers.flexsim.com/articles/66639/distributed-experiments-or-optimizations.html

The webserver configuration is setup as per attached

When I type in the IPv4 address of the master PC on my local machine, it opens up the Webserver Page alright as shown in screenshot showing the Webserver window

The problem is, I cannot setup distributed experimenters using the 'Advanced' Tab as mentioned in the document in the aforementioned link. Please advise.

Also, if distributed experiments does not work on this version, I would be curious to know if & how it is possible on the regular webserver window in chrome, to allow other users to change data in global tables/global variables inside a model by updating the interface of the webserver.

The distributed experimenter feature was added in 18.2. You need to update to a newer version of FlexSim.

Although you can't use the distributed experiments feature in 18.1, you can develop custom web interfaces for use with the Webserver.

This is documented in the user manual section Reference > Developer and Advanced User Reference > Webserver. See the "Developing Custom Web Interfaces" section.

Particularly note the "Instance Queries" section that describes how you can create your own query handlers to communicating with FlexSim through the web server. Also note the "Default Page" section for explanation on replacing the default page with your own custom html page.
