How can we check the CAD file import in Model is of same scale means 975 Milimeter = 975 in model.

You can also use the Measure/Convert tool in View menu to measure whatever you want to check if your CAD scale is ok.

First of all the .dwg file needs to be worked in meters. If you worked in mm you need to scale the file and set the units to meters. Than you can import it and set a top view of the import file with parralel view in Flexsim (just uncheck the Perspective view on the right tool bar). Now you can buld a 975 mm conveyor and overlay it on your drawing. This should get you running.

You can move your mouse to known positions on the imported CAD shape and look at the coordinates displayed in the status "Mouse Position" in the bottom left corner of FlexSim's main window. This displays the absolute/model coordinates of the surface at the mouse location.
