How to Make AGV to wait while other AGV's are loading an item at Pickpoints?

I have made AGV transportation model. in this model, when two AGVs are loading at pick point, other AGVs coming in queue don't stop and they bypass from the pick up point without loading items.

How can I make them stop and wait till AGVs at pick up point complete their loading? here I attach my model.AGV process flow Model_ Pickup point path change.fsm

The most simple way to get the AGV's to stop would be to put a control area around the load points and limit the Max Allocations to 2. Here is a picture of what I mean:

The reason the third AGV does not stop in your model is because the item that activated the AGV does not have a pickup point to go to and as a result can not be seen by the AGV when it reaches the location above. Here is a picture of the AGV Process Flow that shows the 3rd and 4th items in the "Get an Available Pickup Point" activity because the first two items have not yet finished being loaded yet.

Thanks for your help this solve my issue.3rd AGV stop and wait till 1st AGV complete the loading. There is other query if u help it will be great for me. In my model after AGV entry control point there is CP name Weighing where empty AGV wait for 60 sec. now i have to build logic in model such that same weighing CP will be use by Loaded AGV for weighing by waiting for 60 sec. This CP will allocate to loaded AGV and Empty AGV in batch instead of alternate. Guide me how it can i build.
