You can’t. That is reverse logic. The involved actions are travel to load station, load, travel a distance, unload. For this scene you want to set a time to pass, but the distance is variable and other events can make this scene to take longer because of blocking on a path or a break of the operator.
If you want an additional delay between two processors you simply place another processor between them. If you need a different visual look then exchange the shape.
All you can do is to calculate or test empirical in an example model the time it would take to do a transport job by adjusting the speed parameters and the travel distance until this scene fits to the time you want to set. Then you transfer your results in your model.
