My item can't launch from conveyor to queue

Hi, dear all

My FlexSim version is 2019

I have a problem about the item move. Following is my model 20200616.fsm

At the beginning, my different items on x1_conveyor to x7_conveyor can move to the Queue, but after a while they can't move anymore.Can you help me to check what happened?

in the beginning:

I have noticed that you have written logic in conveyor send to port trigger to send the item to an output port based on the floor and rack label value. In this, Some conveyor has 21 output ports and other has 9 output ports but your logic tells that 24 output port connections. I think this is the reason why the conveyor is not sending items to the desired location.
