Is there a command to check the number of FlowItems in model?

You can use the provided Tracked Variable "WorkInProgress" to get the total number of flowitems in the model (ToolBox>Tracked Variables>WorkInProgress)

To get the current value of the Tracked Variable type:

TrackedVariable("WorkInProgress").value
