@doris.c,

You had a lot of things correct in your model, but your Process Flow was inhibiting the AGV Elevator from working. When you want an AGV to use the elevator, you should direct the AGV to the destination floor rather than the starting floor. In your model, you had some activities in the Process Flow at the point shown below that were directing the AGV to "EV2-U". If you do this, then the AGV Process Flow doesn't recognize that the AGV needs to travel to the third floor.

You should direct the AGV to the third floor immediately so that the Elevator recognizes it needs to be used (it will sense the difference in Z height between the control points). This way, the AGV will still travel to EV2-U on its way to the third floor, but since its actual destination is on the third floor, the Elevator will be called.

For additional help, you can review this User Manual section: Adding Elevators to AGV Networks
