My question is the following, I have a combiner which joins a pallet with 10 blocks, I want to represent in a graph the number of blocks that come out of that combiner per hour. How could it be done? When I do it, it also tells me the pallet, I want the graph to omit it and only get the number of blocks per hour.

By default, Output/Hour is based on items going out and here you are moving only 1 item (pallet) per movement.
However, you can customize this logic: in Dashboard you can go to "Advance > Installation" to edit it. Now you will have a group with the items in the dashboard and 2 different StatisticCollector.
You can go to “Throughput Per Hour Collector”, and later in columns, edit the value in Throughput parameter (“Custom Code”).
In the model attached , a label counting the output has been created in the combiner based on the subnodes of the pallet (boxes inside), so if the number of boxes changes this value will change.
