How do i create an item every two days on the repeat interval option instead of the daily repeat interval?

Tks. The interval time is working but i do not want it to start on day 1 but on days 2 and create an item subsequently 2 days later.

If it's just one arrival at two days and every two days thereafter this process flow alternative approach might be simpler. Just enter days(2) in the delay.
