Want to know if flexsim allows running multiple replications using experimenter tab, without variables and scenarios (for example, during model validation and verification)?

That's one scenario - the baseline say. FlexSim uses the scenario number to store the results/pfms in the experimenter tree so you probably need that. Since the scenarios and variables are in the same table you can have a dummy variable that does nothing.
