Model Background toolbox context menu

Typically model backgrounds are fairly large AutoCAD (dwg) files that take a while to load and slow down the view, so I tend to disable them as much as possible while modelling. However, to do that I have to double click it, then click Properties in the "Wizard" window, go to General, and uncheck 3D shape.

My proposal is to add to the context (right-click) menu of the Model Background in the Toolbox an option to "Toggle display".

In addition, you can maybe create an option "Re-start Wizard" and change "Properties" to just take me to the ... well, properties :-)

And if you have spare time, maybe an option "Layers..." for AutoCAD that automatically takes you to the penultimate ("Customize layer visibility and color") tab would be nice to have.

In 19.2 we've added a "Show" option to the right click menu that toggles the visibility of the drawing.
