Breakpoint for Process Flow activities

In my opinion, it would be great if we could stop the simulation when a token enters specifed activites (by activating a specific checkbox on the activities, for example).

It would be easier to check the operation of a specific part of the process.

Yes, great idea! We work around it now by adding a Delay and putting a breakpoint on that, but adding and removing that activity (while keeping any connectors in the right order) is a bit more work than just putting a breakpoint 'on' the activity you are interested in. Bonus points for a Condition field a la Visual Studio (getlabel(token, "OrderId") == 2372) :)

This has been on our development list since Process Flow version 1.0. It's a difficult problem which is why it hasn't been added it. With the improvements to the flexscript compiler and a completely revamped debugger for FlexSim 2017 it should now be possible to implement this. So you can expect this feature in one of the 2017 releases.
