Add AStar Navigator Barriers into Model Layouts

The idea is use the AStar barriers as a comon object in order to use diferents scenarios with the model layouts, for example: to create diferents routes for TE´s.

I tryed to use the divider and the one-way divder into the model layouts with two diferent positions, but is not possible set and change the layout options. I think that will be very interesting use this visual tool with the model layouts, and the experimenter for test new routes for TE´s.

By creating the barrier on model reset with different values it is possible to do this. It does currently take some scripting, but it is possible.
