Stock de rotura. Clientes detectan defectos en los productos

En este modelo que me facilitó @vatic.group que modela el stock de rotura de los clientes que piden un producto y esperan un determinado tiempo y si terminado ese tiempo no tienen el producto que quieren se van(forman parte de clientes insatisfechos) ¿Se podría modelar que de esos productos que llegan al cliente haya algunos defectos detectados por los clientes y contasen como stock de rotura y fuesen a la salida de clientes insatisfechos?

An easy way to model this is with a Decide activity that send tokens by percentage.
