Have you worked through the AGV tutorials? That would be the best place to start. Then come back with any questions that you have as you start to build your model. Be sure to attach your model file and explain how far you've gotten and where things are going wrong.

Anthony Johnson has published a model, which uses moles to move pallets in a deep rack cell. The moles are put to different cells by transporters. You will exchange those transporters by other AGVs and you lift the mother AGVs by elevators at an end of a rack. The AGVs will move by travel to location tasks.
