Hi! I would like to simulate the production chain of a product

Salut! Aș dori să simulez lanțul de producție un produs compus din 3 piese (P1, P2, P3). Am reușit să creez cele 3 piese de la sursă și traseul AGV. Simularea ar trebui să arate astfel: Lanțul logistic pentru partea P1 este după cum urmează: de la Coadă (P1_P2_P3) la PP_1_IN, partea este procesată de PP_1 timp de 44 de ore și depuse în PP_1_OUT, de la transportul PP_1_OUT la VP_1_IN în 2 ore , procesată în VP_1 timp de 7 ore de VP_1 și trimis în VP_1_OUT, de la transport VP_1_OUT la PP_2_IN în 2 ore, procesat timp de 15 ore de PP_2 și trimis în PP_2_OUT, de la transport PP_2_OUT la PP_3_IN într-o oră, procesat timp de 80 de ore la PP_3 și trimis în PP_3_OUT, ................., de transport VP_5_OUT la CP_1_IN în 2 ore, procesat timp de 22 de ore de CP_1 și trimis în CP_1_OUT ; Lanțul logistic pentru partea P2 este după cum urmează: de la coadă (P1_P2_P3) transport la PP_9_IN în 1 oră, procesat timp de 2 ore de PP_9 și depus în PP_9_OUT, de la transport PP_9_OUT la PP_1_IN în 1 oră, procesat timp de 14 ore de PP_1 și transmis în PP_1_OUT, de la transport PP_1_OUT la TP_1_IN în 2 ore, procesate timp de 10 ore de TP_1 și trimise în TP_1_OUT, de transport TP1_OUT la VP_2_IN în 2 ore, procesate timp de 7 ore de către VP_2 și trimise în VP_2_OUT ,. ............, de la transportul VP_4_OUT la CP_1_IN în 2 ore, procesat timp de 6 ore de CP_1 și trimis în CP_1_OUT; Lanțul logistic pentru partea P3 este după cum urmează: de la coadă (P1_P2_P3) transport la PP_11_IN într-o oră, procesat timp de 20 ore BY pp_11 și depus în PP_11_OUT, de la transport PP_11_OUT la PP_1_IN într-o oră, procesat timp de 13 ore la PP_1 și transmis în PP_1_OUT, ...... ........ de la transportul VP_4_OUT la CP_1_IN în 2 ore, procesat în 7 ore de CP_1 și trimis în CP_1_OUT. Aceste transporturi sunt efectuate de AGV, cu excepția celor între XX_Y_IN și XX_Y_OUT (exemplu: VP_1_IN transport către VP_1_OUT). Am atașat 2 imagini cu lanțul logistic de producție a celor 3 piese și modelul la care am lucrat Ma poate ajuta cineva? Vă mulțumesc anticipat!

The simulation should look like this: The supply chain for part P1 is as follows: from Queue (P1_P2_P3) to PP_1_IN, part is processed by PP_1 for 44 hours and deposited in PP_1_OUT, from transport PP_1_OUT to VP_1_IN in 2 hours , processed in VP_1 for 7 hours by VP_1 and sent to VP_1_OUT, from transport VP_1_OUT to PP_2_IN in 2 hours, processed for 15 hours by PP_2 and sent to PP_2_OUT, from transport PP_2_OUT to PP_3_IN in one hour, processed time of 80 hours to PP_3 and sent to PP_3_OUT, ................., transport VP_5_OUT to CP_1_IN in 2 hours, processed for 22 hours by CP_1 and sent to CP_1_OUT ; The supply chain for part P2 is as follows: from the queue (P1_P2_P3) transport to PP_9_IN in 1 hour, processed for 2 hours by PP_9 and deposited in PP_9_OUT, from transport PP_9_OUT to PP_1_IN in 1 hour, processed for 14 hours of PP_1 and sent to PP_1_OUT, from transport PP_1_OUT to TP_1_IN in 2 hours, processed for 10 hours by TP_1 and sent to TP_1_OUT, to transport TP1_OUT to VP_2_IN in 2 hours, processed for 7 hours by VP_2 and sent to VP_2_ ,. ............, from transport VP_4_OUT to CP_1_IN in 2 hours, processed for 6 hours by CP_1 and sent to CP_1_OUT; The supply chain for part P3 is as follows: from the queue (P1_P2_P3) transport to PP_11_IN in one hour, processed for 20 hours BY pp_11 and deposited in PP_11_OUT, from transport PP_11_OUT to PP_1_IN in one hour, processed for 13 hours to PP_1 and sent to PP_1_OUT, ...... ........ from VP_4_OUT to CP_1_IN in 2 hours, processed in 7 hours by CP_1 and sent to CP_1_OUT. These transports are performed by AGV, except for those between XX_Y_IN and XX_Y_OUT (example: VP_1_IN transport to VP_1_OUT). I attached 2 images with the production chain of the 3 pieces and the model I worked on Can anyone help me? Thank you!

Hi Alexandra,

It looks like this question may be part of a homework assignment or academic project. The professors who assign simulation modeling exercises using FlexSim expect that the academic integrity of their assignments will be maintained. In addition, we are supportive of Honor Codes or Pledges that regulate the behavior surrounding academic assignments.

I recommend reading our best practices page on the subject, which includes some resources that you should find helpful as you use FlexSim for academic purposes. I also highly recommend Dr. Allen Greenwood’s FlexSim Primer, which was written specifically for students and professors.

Yes, it is a student research. I didn't study this software in college, but I tried to learn it on my own, but I can't fully simulate it exactly as it should. I went through all the tutorials and read from the Flexsim software materials. If someone helped me, I would be very happy and grateful!

If you went through all the tutorials how come you're not pushing any jobs to AGVwork. Did you make the models or just read through the steps?
