AGV Decision with different boxes for and from different queues

Hi there,

I'm with a project where i need to have 4 different sources creating different boxes (different color) where i have one agv that goes to the different sources to pull the boxes and take them depending on the color to the queue.

So far i created the layout and the path's, The sources are creating different boxes, the agv it's going to all the sources, taking one box and than goes to all the queues dropping a box. I need to make the AGV to go to one source taking a box, and if it has allready a box to that queue dropping it off or the other way around. I'm not pulling of the resolution where i put the AGV going to the sources taking the boxes and dropping them to the specific queue, so far the AGV go to all the sources, takes one box, and than go to all the queues dropping one box in a random way.

It's a project where i need to take the coust of the travel from the AGV to minimize the coust.

I apologize for any autograph error.

Thanks for any help.

Hi @Roberto S10, it looks like someone else had some similar questions to you. Here you can find an answer that demonstrates how to send specific boxes to certain queues using lists. As far as scheduling different amounts of boxes of certain types per queue, I would use 'date time source' in process flow to create items at each source (maybe replace with a queue?) with the desired type. You probably want the 'arrival spacing' to be set to 'randomly spaced' as well. Here's an example of what that source arrival scheme might look like:
