Reproducing specific replication of specific scenario

I have an experiment containing 6 scenarios each with 30 replications. Examining the results after running the experiment I found something odd in scenaro 1, replication 2.

Now, I would like to re-run this exact scenario/replication outside the experimenter, so that I can inspect the processflow/tokens and output console.

However, I’m am unable to do so.

My approach is to manually set the parameters of scenario 1, run the model, reset the model (I dont want the model to finish due to long simulation time), and then run the model once again (replication 2), but I get different results than those from the experimenter.

As far as I understand, it should suffice to only initialize the model in replication because the random seeds are set whenever the model is reset.

I do, however, get the same results over and over again everytime I open the model and simply run the experiment.

It should be noticed that the “Repeat random strems” is always unchecked.

One thing to note if you want to select a specific scenario is that you can do this in the first tab of the experimenter:
Select the scenario and press the button.

After reset all the parameters will be set to the selected scenario

Hi @Thomas JR,

You should check the repeat random streams option if you want to run a specific replication. If you have done this go to the last tab in the experimenter properties:

In this tab you can select the replication you want to run. Select the replication number, reset and the model will run the selected replication
