Export data from the experimenter

Is there an easy way of exporting dashboard data from the experimenter in .csv format after all the replications have been run? I want to use the data for post-analysis in Qlikview.

FlexSim natively exporting .csv raw results from an experiment is something already on the development list to consider doing for FlexSim 2017. "Consider doing" is no guarantee, however, and it also doesn't help you today.

Attached is a sample model that includes a User Command called exportexperimentcsv(). This was created by our Canadian partner, @kris.geisberger. Hopefully this is what you're looking for.

In the model, run the experimenter, then when it finishes, hit the green arrow in the Script window to run the export.

Hi @jing.chen, sorry you're having troubles! Just in case there was anything wrong with the attachment, I have uploaded a new copy.

The model was built in 7.7, but will upgrade just fine to 2016.

Having just downloaded the new attachment, it opened and upgraded for 2016 without problems and runs perfectly on my computer.

If you continue to experience this issue with the new attachment, after opening the model try going to FlexSim's main menu and choose View > Open Default Workspace. Does that clear up the errors?

Thank Ben, The new one works well. It really helps.

P.S. In the Description of User Command "change the confidence interval" should be Line 21 not Line 10.☺

@Ben Wilson@Kris Geisberger thank you for this solution! this is exactly what I was looking for in the 2016.2 version. Do you guys know if this was developed in the 2017 Flexsim version? This is excellent because in my company we do a lot of statistical analysis with our large replications/scenarios data.
