Not that I know of. The connections (drop off / pick up) are meaningless without any logic to control how they work. The AGV template provides a lot of logic that is hard or impossible to do with the 3d objects alone.
If you really wanted to avoid the template, you could add some extra queues that would connect to your desired drop off / pick up points. Those queues would have connections to and from the floor storage as well. You could even make them very small so they wouldn't be noticeable.
