Force uninstall

Dear all, My Flexsim 19 can't run Process Flow and I uninstalled it and re-install Flexsim 19 with 32Bit. I saw this instruction in here. But Flexsim 19 32Bit can't open with my Win10-pro. Therefore I have to uninstall Flexsim 32Bit again.

The issue is happened when I install Flexsim 19 64Bit, I run installation file but it show "force uninstall" up only.

Does anyone meet this issue and how to solve it?

Hi @Tao A , 19.0.0 is 2.5 years old.

Please download and use FlexSim's latest version.
