Hi @Wissem A,

My first guess is to just reboot your computer and try the installer again.

If that doesn't work, try all the suggestions listed in this article regarding installation and startup troubles.

If you still are not having success, here is a pretty thorough list of steps to completely remove every aspect of FlexSim from your computer to try again.
