Failure to install FlexSim HC 5.3.6

Hi,

I can't complete FlexSim HC 5.3.6 installation. Anyone knows the reason of this error messageerror-message.jpg?

The error is "cfx4032.ocx failed to register" for expertfit installation. ANyone has come across?

Hi @david.chan,

Typically uninstalling then reinstalling FlexSim is the solution to fix ExpertFit installation issues.

Be sure to have all applicable Windows Updates installed. Run the installer as administrator. And all the other suggestions listed in the article linked above.
