License Broken/Computer fail

Hello Everyone. Unfortunately my computer crashed and I am not able to connect to wifi, therefore I can’t repair/return the license in order to use another computer. Can anyone from Flexsim help me with this issue? I might need to reinstall flexsim on another laptop and setup again my license.
