Student license

Hello. I'm student at Universidad Austral de Chile, Chile. and I would like to have student licence for learn some software about my course, but, I haven't had an answer from the FlexSim representative in Chile, I need the student license urgently. I sent the request to you a month ago and still haven't answered, please help me on this.
