operator positioning at floor storage

Hi, im creating this model and I´m trying to make an operator to get a box ubicated in the queue near the elevator, so I need to make that the operator lift the box, get in to the elevator and place the box in the floor storage.

The floor storage is elevated, so thats why I´m using the elevator, but I dont understand any logic to make an operator lift and ubicate the box.

Hello Dennis,

I understand that you want the operator to use the elevator and not only the box. To do this you need to use the elevator inside the People section of the library.

To use the elevator the easiest way is to include Astar with two different floors.

If you need a more detailed explanation please let us know.

Hi @Julio R , thanks for your help, I´m also having some trouble with my raks, maybe you can help me with that.

As you can see in the picture I uploaded, I have 5 differents separators which drop 5 different item types, I need each item type to go to their specific rack in the left, but i need them to go with priority, for example I need that my bottom separator have a bigger priority than my others separators, and a TRANSPORTER get the item with priority and deliver to the last rack (Only for the last separator).

Each separator is exclusive for an element, and I dont want the transporter to combine elements.

Hello Dennis,

It is hard to know spwcifically how you have made the model without the model, but generally speaking the separators can select the desination rack with the option "send to port", and in the transport section you can select the priority of the activity.
