Unknown error upon connecting to PostgreSQL

I'm trying to connect to PostgreSQL, but I get the Unknown Error (7). What is this error 7 mean?

This issue was fixed and the vague error message was improved in 21.0.8 Updated support for latest version of PostgreSQL.

You should update to the latest bug fix release (21.0.8).
