Why multiple operators get stuck?

Hello, my models works until i put in group "loaders" two operators. The operators that do the loading job, in time 1066 the main conveyor stops sending new paletts. It blows my mind and can not find the reason. Sometimes it works, when i put slower, or faster time for simulation. Please can you have a look and try to find the error? Thank you!

Hi

This place in Your logic is the problematic.

Loaders in some moment are finishing uloading items on tote before she Arrival on Dp5.

So the token passes through Resume pallet block before tote arrival and So the tote won't be released when she will arrival.

I put solution with decide block and it's works.

Check in the attached model.
