Problem with inter arrival time parameter

Hello,
I ´ve created a parameter that modifies the time between arrrivals of source 1, but in source2 it does not allow me. This happened to me at the beginning also with source 1, since it didn´t give the option to choose inter arrival time, until the option finally appeared.

I have done something that I did not realize, or is it a bug?

You can change InterArrival Time in Properties.
