How to optimize operator walking efficiency with a sorting conveyor

Roller chute 1.1.fsmGood day. Please see attached model. I want to optimize the walking efficiency of my operator. Currently the roller chute is set as a slug builder so that the operator will only go to unload the roller conveyor chute when there is a minimum of 3 parcels on it. The problem comes in when 2 or 3 conveyors get 3 boxes each at a similar time then the operator walks far distances between each conveyor offloading only one box at a time between long walking distances. How can I make the operator complete the unloading of one roller conveyor at a time to optimize efficiency? Also how can I make the operator prioritize the unloading by distance or conveyor % occupancy? Basically it I want to see how many roller conveyor chutes can be maintained (unloaded) by one operator alone if he is working in the most efficient manner.

Thanks

Just a comment. The objective is for the operator to not let the roller conveyor chutes fill up to 100% occupancy. I want to add more chutes to see how many chutes the operator can maintain..

Set the "Queue Strategy" of the operator to "Prioritize by distance" and set the option about partial task sequences to "no".

This will cause the operator to choose the task it has to travel the least distance for from it's queue after finishing the previous task.
