Limiting the number of flow items in the system

I wanted to ask whether it is possible to set that there are always only 90 objects in the entire system, i.e. between source and sink? And if an object ends in the sink, so less than 90 objects are in the system, a new one will be released by the source.

Create 90 in a source.
create on entry event in sink by process flow a new item.
