Transfering from one MassflowConveyor to two MassFlowConveyors

Hello everyone!

I wanted to take an amount of flow items coming from onde FlowMassConvveyor and transfer them to two different MassFlowConveyors (as seen in the image bellow) but it's not working, basically the flow items stop at the end of the first conveyor. How canI fix this problem?
Also, is there a way to define how many items should go to each conveyor?

Thanks!

From your picture it looks like you connected the conveyors with an "a-connection", generating entry and exit transfers. That is only necessary when connecting to fixed resources (and apparently there is a bug where connecting to a mass flow conveyor from a different conveyor this way creates a "normal" entry transfer instead of a mass flow one). Conveyors (standard and mass flow) automatically snap together when moved close to one another, creating a conveyor transfer point.

For the distribution among multiple connected conveyors see the manual page on mass flow conveyors. In short, it depends on the "Upstream Output Order" setting on the downstream conveyors and their relative widths.

A tip for the future. It is much easier to diagnose problems when you attach your model, rather than just posting some screenshots. If the model is proprietary and can't be shared youi can mark a question as private to only FlexSim US staff can access it.
