Change pallet box color and continue after all boxes are placed on queue2

I am the beginner of FlexSim. There are some questions I met.

If someone can solve that for me, I'd appreciate it!

1. Change the color of box limit to three colors. Boxes on the same pallet are all the same color

2. After all boxes are placed on queue2, wait for 1 minute and continue to the next step. But now the boxes send to port for first available. I don't know how to set up it.

Model: pickingProcess.fsm

Hello @Ying_wen L,
Welcome to FlexSim! Please check out our manual which contains several tutorials to help you become familiar and skilled with FlexSim.

To add color to each set of boxes on a pallet I used process flow and the change visual activity and a sub flow that allowed for each item to be identified in the change visual activity.

For the pallet to wait a minute in queue 2, I simply added a delay activity to your process flow.
