How to set the customized length for sorting system ?

How to set the customized length for sorting system (min length is 6 feet, max length is 8 feet)? because Flexsim just only can perform sorting system by minimum length is 1 feet

Hello @Owen_liaw H,

In the future, please attach your model. It makes it a lot easier for us to help you.

In your decision point trigger, use the drop down options to select Send Item by Case.

You can then select the green plus arrow to add you different label possibilities and assign the correct destination.

The way you have now configured the case option, it is quicker to just use the "Output Port By Item Type" option:
